Why are you building it?
Kaleidoscope started with a simple idea — businesses deserve better than spreadsheets when it comes to planning.
Our founder and CEO, Michael Gould, has spent over 40 years building some of the world's most advanced planning software, including Adaytum and Anaplan. But those tools have only ever been available to the giants.
For most SMEs, planning hasn’t changed in decades. It’s time for software that truly meets the needs of modern, scaling businesses, away from the constraints of Excel spreadsheets.

Our mission is to build the most powerful and flexible modelling engine for business planning — for the world beyond spreadsheets. We're giving finance teams at scaling businesses the same connected, collaborative, and intelligent planning power that was once reserved for the enterprise.

Kaleidoscope is built for Finance Managers, Heads of Finance, and FDs at product-based businesses — ecommerce, wholesale, and retail brands — at small and medium-sized businesses.

Right now it’s free through our Pioneer Programme.
Pioneer Programme participants get a year of Early Access free, in exchange for their input as we refine the platform. After that, Early Access is a paid subscription. We'll share full pricing details soon.
Does Kaleidoscope integrate with any other software?
Kaleidoscope builds your models directly from your existing spreadsheets — there's no new system to learn. We're building integrations with finance platforms like QuickBooks and Xero next.
