Kaleidoscope’s early access program open to UK-based businesses that are ready to take the next step in data-driven planning and forecasting. Right now, we’re offering free early access for 1 year to businesses that make, buy, and sell products.
You make, buy, or sell products.
You could be a retailer, wholesaler, manufacturer or eCommerce store
You have over 100+ employees
You have an in-house finance function or Excel expert
You can share data via CSV upload (or connect directly via Shopify for instant sales and stock sync)
You are happy to partner closely with us, shaping the next generation of our modelling platform
We’re not the right fit yet if your business is: Primarily drop-shipping or focused on custom-built or one-off products (not recurring or scalable SKUs)
Who needs to be involved?
Teams responsible for sales and stock planning at first. Next year, we would like you to introduce us to your finance team and Excel experts to help us test out our modelling platform for financial planning.
How does the Shopify integration work?
Our pre-built sales and stock solutions connect directly to Shopify for an instant data sync of sales, product and inventory data. Learn more about the integration here.
Please note, we do not currently offer Shopify multi-store support on but is on our long-term roadmap.
What stage is the product in?
We are in an "Alpha" stage. We've built out-of-the-box solutions for Sales and Stock planning and now we are accelerating the development of our modelling platform. There's lots of exciting developments ahead, as we chart the path to better planning.
What data do I need to get started?
If you are importing CSV files, you can download these from the sales and stock platforms that you currently use, or upload an existing spreadsheet. We need clean sales data, unit prices, and stock levels. Along with information about your products, such as product costs and attributes.
If you have in Shopify, we will work with you to create the integration to pull Shopify data into Kaleidoscope in real-time.
We’ll guide you through this as part of onboarding and implementation.
When will I have to start paying for the product?
You'll get at least 12 months free access to Kaleidoscope before we start charging. No credit card kept on file.
We don't yet have a timeline for when our product will be generally available, or when we'll start charging for it.
But you can get an idea of pricing here.
Can I leave the program at any time?
Yes, you can leave at any time.
What are your data privacy policies?
Your data is yours, and is kept secure with GDPR-compliant technology and infrastructure. Full data privacy and security will be guaranteed via our service agreement contract and privacy policy.
We will ask you to sign an NDA as well, since our product is still under development.
